Integrations

Data goes in once and arrives everywhere.

Today someone copies from the order into the system, from the system into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into a group chat. Every copy is a chance to be wrong and a piece of somebody’s day. Integrating takes that person out of the middle.

This, happening

An order arrives through any channel and lands everywhere that needs to know. Nobody types it twice.

happening now

  • order #1042 · store → stock adjusted
  • order #1042 · finance → invoice raised
  • new customer · WhatsApp → record created

An illustration. The systems change to match whatever you already use.

What someone types twice today

If you recognised one of these, it already costs more than integrating. Recognising three means it is overdue.

  • The order that arrives on WhatsApp and gets retyped into the system

  • The invoice that leaves the ERP and becomes a row in finance’s spreadsheet

  • The new customer entered once on the site and again in the CRM

  • The stock counted at the end of the day because two figures disagree

  • The "your order has shipped" message sent by hand, one at a time

  • The report assembled by copying from three different screens

Not everything connects, and we say so first

It depends on the other side

If the system you use opens no door, there is no integration — there is a workaround. We check before promising, and sometimes the answer is that it cannot be done.

Old software costs more

Ten-year-old systems tend to exchange data as files rather than as live connections. It works, but it is more work and less instant.

Integrations break when the other side changes

Whoever you connect to updates without telling you. That is why integrations need watching — and why we monitor rather than wait for you to find out.

Questions

Do I have to replace my systems?

No. The point is the opposite: keep what you already use and make the pieces talk. Replacing a system is a business decision, not an integration one.

Can you really integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official API. Automatic notifications and inbound messages work well. What we do not do is mass blasting, which gets numbers banned and burns the channel.

What if all I have is a spreadsheet?

That works too. A spreadsheet is a system like any other, and plenty of good integrations start there without you buying anything new.

How long before I see a result?

The first connection is usually the fastest thing we build, because there is no screen to design. The real timeline depends on how many doors the other side opens.
